Community organizations who join our FREE Resource and Referral Network agree to accept referrals from The Long Term Care Ombudsman Program (LTCOP) and provide services in a nondiscriminatory manner that supports LTCOP?s mission and vision to preserve the quality of life for long term care residents by empowering residents and their families through education, advocacy and support; and to ensure individuals and residents have the right to a dignified existence, and can exercise their rights without fear or interference, coercion or reprisal.
