LEARN the different types of services and care options available: What type of service do you need? The staff will help you assess your situation and investigate what services and resources are available and what may best serve your needs. The Information Center has a directory of:

   a. Residential Care Facilities (RCF)

   b. Assisted Living Facilities (ALF)

   c. Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF)

By contacting LTCOP, you will receive a staff consultation, a directory with facility information and bed availability with specifics to the type of care needed and funding options that you are considering.
